Pretty much I just have had sleep paralysis like twice in my life, both during nightmares and oh my god it's so loving terrifying when it's happening.

Like imagine being in a mixed dream / reality state and all of a sudden, you're laying on your front or something and cannot move, scream, nothing. Then in the said dream or nightmare / reality state, there's something behind you and you can sense it getting closer. Yet you cannot move at all.
