Drink the ones that have the highest Pantothenic Acid content because that stuff clears your pores right up. Idk if it's gonna be in your area but that one called "Xyience" or something has 2000% the recommended daily value. Whatever you choose, I recommend having it with a meal since the whole point of vitamin B is to help your body utilize the energy in food.
