Unless a doctor told you that you need to gain weight, don't worry about it at all. You're 13. I was underweight at that age too, now I'm at the very high end of healthy weight.im 16 and still underweight for my height
And if you do desperately need to gain weight, I cant think of a more terrible way to do it then drinking a ton of sugared acidic drinks
