Because they don't play them enough. I was terrible at using my ps3 for a month after not using anything other then a keyboard and mouse for years.

i had a ps1
lost it
got an n64
got bored because no one sold n64 games anymore
played computer through age 7-10
got a ps2
was expert at it.
