Xfire is a RAM whore, I prefer Steam.

Yeah, Steam doesn't suck up any RAM at all.

I use both.  I usually turn off both when playing a game, because I like to run iTunes.

However, I have like 8gb of RAM on my comp, so I can pretty much handle everything, except for Red Alert 3 or C&C 3 with pretty much anything.

I've already learned my lesson from a past game.  Even though it may be legit (even tested) it is still better to get it from the official source.

Something could happen like the recent RTB 2.02 hotfix that will probably not be updated on any site that has a mirror for RTB.

Have you downloaded any add-ons?  It might be an add-on that is unpackagedly correctly.

If not, try re-downloading from the www.blockland.us source, which should be the same download as the one you got on your e-mail that gave you the activation key, if you used e-mail.

Remember, never download a game (especially independent games like this one) from another source other than the official one.

Hopefully you can get this problem fixed and start playing such a great game.  Your son will have a lot of fun.

No, I think you being an immature 9 year old "borrowing" your friends PSP is pretty much on-topic to me.

And then obsessing about it to the point where you want to build it in a game you've pirated.

And then thinking that everyone else knows exactly what you're talking about and plays crappy PSP ports instead of the real Socom.

Plus, I hate kids who play bad PSP ports without acknowledging their predecessors.

I guess I should've known the dangers when making my own server.

So this guy gets on, proceeds to type in all caps, yell at other people in the server for talking, and telling me how to run my server.  Asking for bans, etc.

So I ban him, for 15 mins, with the reason "Please just shut up now."

He IRC's me with the following outburst of genius.

Duckmeister: Thanks.
Duckmeister: Have a nice week.
Toontown: I am friends with everybody on Blockland.
Toontown: You won't be able to come in there server because you are a handicap.
Duckmeister: Buh bye.

I wish BL ID's had an age limit.  But that would send the wrong message.
