i certainly think these laws need to be significantly modernized, because they are very easy for powerful organizations with large legal teams to abuse. then again, i suppose it's easy for corporations with large legal teams to get away with a lot of abuse. maybe that's the real problem lolhmm..... im starting to think corporations are exploiting us
