Okay so this is one of the main reasons i stopped believing mainstream media. They constantly spout this 'supermoon' bullstuff every couple of months 'its the closest its been in xyz years, until three months from now that is, like it was three months ago, and three months before that." No, seriously, this supermoon bullstuff is really starting to piss me off, its becoming a mindforget for me, because i swear they said this before, and I ask around, they have. This is such loving bullstuff.

TL;DR super moon claims are bullstuff.

they just word it in a way that makes it seem special, to draw in more attention. for example, one year they could say "biggest in 20 years" and they wouldn't be wrong. then the next, they could say "biggest in 70 years" and they still wouldn't be wrong. doesn't mean it's fake, or that The Media is lying about the moon, just that it's worded to seem more special than it may be.
