i thought you couldn't willingly, as a warden, sentence one of your guards to death

No, the warden can't force the guard to die. This includes setting the reward for give or take to choosing a guard to die. Who did this?

If by "crossfire" you mean "firing into a stack" which is clearly against the rules then yes crossfire happened

Judging by your past history, http://draked.me/bans.php?search=Alt&searchby=Name , I'd say you would be *this* close to a perma if you did something bad again. You have absolutely no right to speak as a superior figure and act like you know the rules much better than others, when, in truth, you have broken the rules a massive amount of times. While a serious and mature report is helpful from just about anyone, a snooty and sarcastic report isn't. You are just likely to be taken less seriously and are digging a grave for yourself

If you care this much about the rules you should stop breaking them and act like a mature person when reporting something.

As for the balls or no balls thing I gave him a pretty serious warning. He didn't really have much past history at all and he was a mod so I went easy on him, but he assured me he wouldn't make a dumb mistake like that again, and that he realized his mistakes. As for the President Donald Annoying Orange thing I don't know what preceded that so I can't really give an opinion on that.

ok so motortruck is literally doing give or take with the prize being death every time, he did this two rounds in a row. this is a deathrolling loophole that needs to be tied

Maybe put give or take in the terms? It was there once, I don't recall why it was removed though. Maybe by putting it in you could specify the way the game is played which would include something like "You cannot use death as a prize for more than 1/4 of the session" or something. But Motortruck shouldn't have been able to kill more than 1/4 of living prisoners anyway, since it's luck (not sure if that was a problem just bringing it up since it seemed like he killed a lot of prisoners with this)

Personally I just don't like death in give or take because it then feels somewhat like an opinionated game because it is a person's personal opinion who to kill. Give or take itself feels like it is a game that is both luck-based and opinionated, and we should try to see how to treat it as such.

Is /lr sit valid? I've always thought it wasn't, but apparently Razer said Crown said it was valid. I thought it wasn't valid under that some people have it bound, and that gives them an unfair advantage AND sorta breaks http://draked.me/rules#jasp-26
