Ok so this is a long story so strap yourselves in!
So lets start from the beginning: Our neighbors' own a rental house behind ours. We had some pretty nice neighbors with two little kids. The most racket made would just be normal family stuff. I guess these neighbors had found a permanent home for themselves, which is awesome for them, but unfortunate for us. Our new neighbors who moved into the rents (behind our house) were ok at first. They were Yiddish and they seem to hang out in their back-screen/porch a lot, which is understandable since apparently they moved in from Israel or something. The most noise they would make would be the parents saying weird noises in Yiddish which was somewhat bothersome but understandable since it was their native tongue. Here's where it gets weird. On Halloween, they decided to have a party. They were blasting Israeli Pop which, again, is understandable. But they kept on playing this and their party kept going on until like 1:00 AM. I had school the next day, so my parents (after complaining to them) called the police to try and make them stop. Eventually, everything quieted down. Now fast-forward a couple weeks in December, Christmas Break. Me and my two friends had come over and we were playing some sport that we made up, called Hand-Ball. (Before I continue, I just want to say that there is a hedge between us and our neighbors) In the middle of playing, we hears rustling in the bushes of the hedge. I glanced over and saw some kid staring at us with his mom sitting in a lawn chair watching over the kid. It was weird, so he hastily went inside. I thought nothing of it at the time, until today, when I looked back at all the stuff that happened. Every time I went outside to throw a tennis ball against the back of my house or play basketball, my neighbors were outside. Every time I went in my backyard without them being outside, guess who comes out 5 minutes later just by "coincidence?" Yeah its kinda weird. So about one or two hours ago, I was outside on my iPad watching some video and (guess what?) the neighbors were outback like usual. I, again, thought nothing of it, until I heard really loud rustling in the hedge. I thought it was a bird, squirrel, or rat or something but I didn't want to take the risk so I went inside. As I was going inside, I swore I saw a child's face, yet again, watching me.
So what do you all make of this? /discuss
tl;dr: I have weird neighbors that always come outside whenever I'm outside and twice already I've caught a child watching me through a hedge
