Expensive shoes are like famous historical artifacts. They're probably worth less than a dollar in raw materials, but the fact that they are designer or collection makes them valuable. This is why Jordans are worth the money; they are related to Michael Jordan and therefore have value.
Arguing that expensive shoes are a waste of money is essentially you claiming that personal value doesn't exist. A more relatable example would be paying 10$ for a hand full of dirt that your crush touched. Others will see it as a waste of money but you might be feeling a little creepy and decide to pay the price.

when you spend that kind of money, especially on something that wears, you expect quality material and stitching. not some stuffty resin that holds the sole together for what, a year?I bought white jordan 14s and they've lasted me about 2 years and still look alright. I don't know what bootleg ass fake you spent 200$ on but whatever it was it was probably made with elmurs glue

NOTE: I've downloaded this once, and The A280C firing sound is separated into 2 parts, meaning that you'd have to use audacity to combine the two sounds together and save it as one.

I've tried using this video but a lot of them are fired really quickly so it sounds horrible when i cut it down.

the mask needs work RIPi'm keeping it this way for consistency with the other clone wars helmets that i made. I may fix the cheeks though

I personally think that all time from the clone wars (the end of attack of the clones) onward is like the cool stuff of star wars. Literally 85% of the canon star wars universe (that isnt in novel form) takes place during the clone wars and the jedi purge
i think its only cool because in the clone wars the good guys have a whole army and stuff and it feels like halo, but in the empire stuff the good guys are a ragtag rebel force. it doesnt feel as good

They dominated the Tantive IV.
They were ordered to let Luke and friends escape the Death Star which explains the stuffty aim.
They bulldozed the rebels on Hoth.
They would've gotten away with capturing Luke's friends on Bespin if Lando didn't betray the glorious Empire.
They lost to Ewoks but remember when the rebels were captured by them and would have been eaten if Luke didn't use the force?
And all of this can be seen in the films themselves without any novels, comics, or behind the scenes talk.
the clones essentially wiped the jedi off the face of the deep core. the stormtroopers have yet to kill a jedi
