Steps to Loaning:

1) Banker Loans Money

3) Every tax tick, a certain amount of money is taken out of the player's "wallet" and given back to the loaner. Interest will be included.
4) Profit!

I personally have no mind. Though, I hate how store owners have to pay a high amount for weapons, even though it is cheaper than buying them from someone else.
