I get the feeling that RACCOONER is an alt created just to troll and get attention. So far this account has no alts, and he's one of the "annoying 10 year old signs up for forum and bes a richard and gets banned then creates an alt using VPNs so he can continue to edge up on the rules without being banned" account, but recently he maybe has returned to roots
