You aren't using evidence, you're incorrectly paraphrasing evidence to make your reasoning easier, which is the literal definition of a strawman

MeToo's movement purpose is to raise awareness on loveual harassment. how is that incompatible with the US Justice system? If anything it's perfectly in tune with the justice system, in which loveual harassment is a crime.

The Definition of MeToo is defined by those within it.
And the Self-Appointed Representive on TV has made it clear that the movement is intended to push the mindset of "Listen and Believe".
Since no one in the online MeToo movement has called her out on such a big claim on such a large-scale broadcast of an important event,
than either the MeToo movement agrees with this statement, or is too stupid/ignorant to realize this statement's malicious intent.

Is this a trick question?
In a non-organized movement no one chooses representatives.
Representatives are self chosen.

But in response, if a self chosen representative does not act inline with
the core beliefs of a non-organized movement, there should be an outcry from those in said movement.
Otherwise it would seem said movement stands in solidarity with the belief stated.
In this case, the fact this representative was on several news-networks broadcasting that message means
there should have been an equally large backlash if those in the movement disagreed with her statement.

This is a moot point. You're basically saying "why arent other people stating the obvious?!" but its already proven that its obvious lol.

Because in this case "Not stating the obvious" about an obviously wrong and incompatible belief makes the MeToo movement look idiotic, uncredible and by extension these traits are shared with anyone who identifies themselves to be a part of the #MeToo movement.

Because she's a representative that took up that position on TV, and I have yet too see anyone in said movement to call her out or consider or comment

The point that the statement "What the #MeToo movement is saying is that women are worthy of being believed" should be laughed at and
considered insane. That statement is the embodiment of "listen and believe" which directly contradicts our legal system's idea of "Innocent until proven Guilty"
not "Innocent until we listen and believe".
