TFW you work on a game for like a year but when you release a demo everyone stuffs on it.

Lighten up guys, it's the first version of this thing. Sure, the controls are a bit slippery and some stages have some oversights in design. But wouldn't that be the entire point of releasing this demo? To get player input and improve the final product?

This is far from unsellable garbage. It just needs some tweaking, which is to be expected in a first demo.

PLEASE
I think MCC for PC would be coming first. Or maybe they'll include Reach in it too???
Honestly, I really like Reach, but most of the community (and 343 themselves probably) would prioritize Halo 1 2 and 3.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/boot-repair-cd/

try burning a copy of this and doing a recommended repair
(check to see if the drive is actually there before you do that)
Ah, yeah, try this if the drive is still detected but not bootable.

My little brother never even knew about Toys R Us. He assumed by the condition of the stores he had seen that it was dollar-store quality stuff. The kid grew up knowing about Amazon and the Steam store, so he never had the experience of begging his parents to stop at Toys R Us or GameStop.

Welp, back to singing the praises of Mario Odyssey and Sonic Mania.

Halo 6 maybe?
I... I guess.

I didn't like Halo 5 all that much though. The campaign was good but the multiplayer couldn't even compare to that of games like Halo 2, 3, Reach, etc.

Halo 4 was different, but I still enjoyed its multiplayer.

Boot from a CD or USB stick and try to see if your main drive is still there.

If the drive is accessible from the other OS, then your bootloader might be forgeted and IDK how fixing that works for Windows.
Get your files backed up from the booted OS, and then look for help fixing your bootloader.

If it's not accessible, the connector may have disconnected.
If that is the case, open the laptop, unplug the hard drive, and then plug it back in.

If re-plugging doesn't work, try plugging the drive into a different PC to make sure it isn't totally forgeted.

If no PC is capable of accessing the files in the drive, you might be in deep stuff. There's advanced solutions for getting your stuff at that point, but I've never had to go that far and IIRC it's pretty expensive.

343 currently has no plans for that
Yeah, I know.
What else am I going to hope for though? A new and original Xbox exclusive?
