The only thing that could cause a dark age is a global cataclysm such as an asteroid or nuclear war. Even global warming won't cause a dark age.

Your probably right, we don't have enough money nor resources to make it.

It's not about money or resources. It's just impossible for humanity to consciously lower the global population by that much.

Apparently you don't know what's best, and how the Human race should be contained. In the future we won't be spread out making houses and parking lots everywhere. We would be separated in different large cities surrounded by large forested areas on a global scale. This is the only way we can survive if you don't want to go through a modern Dark age that we are predicting will happen in 50 years.

Just because it's "what's best" doesn't mean it'll happen.
