Location: Flying over I-87, on the way to Ausable, NY

As we near Ausable, we see a missile fire at the heli. I yell, "Holy stuff! Watch out!" The pilot dodges the missile, which crashes back into the SAM site, which attracts zombies that kill all of the survivors down there.

Later, we see a kid running through backyards. He gets trapped. As he is about to be attacked, the chopper takes me down low. I hang out the window of the chopper and yell for the kid to grab my hand. He does, and Jason and I haul him onto the chopper.

Bob: Hey, glad we could save you. What's your name?

Alex: I'm Alex. Thanks for saving my ass. Who's the other guy?

Bob:He's Jason.  Here's a knife to defend yourself with. [I give him a knife]

Alex: Thanks, man!

I decide to talk some more to our new survivor.

Bob: How did you get here?

Jason: My military unit was taken out by zombies, I'm the only survivor.

Bob: OK. Might want to make sure your gun is loaded. [to pilot] Where are you taking us?

Pilot: Our primary safehouse was destroyed, so we're going to the secondary area, a low-population zone of the Adirondack Mountains. It's a town called Ausable, about 20 miles south of Plattsburgh.

Bob: Hey, I go there on vacation every summer! Or I did. I know a good lake where there's fish to catch and plenty of cabins full of food, guns, and ammo, and fish to catch. (I look in my pockets, and realize I have the key to a boat) Hey, here's the key to my grandpa's boat! We can fish if we get there!

As we near the roof of the hospital, I notice a commotion occurring on the roof. The pilot takes me near the roof, and I yell through a megaphone, "Any survivors in the building, hurry the hell up! We're here, but leaving soon!"

I also take advantage of some spare time to examine my revolver. It is a .44 Magnum. I ask the pilot if he has anything for a .44 Magnum, and he says "Oh yeah, I have some speed reloaders and ammo in the back. I take the speed reloaders and the ammo, and load up.

Alright, so I notice some people have common miscinceptions about guns. Here are some Misconceptions (M) and Truths (T). Post anything about guns you think is true.

M: You can shoot someone with a Masterkey at anything other than point-blank range.

T: False. Masterkeys are used for breaching doors, and take only special shotgun shells with breaching loads.

M: A Makarov pistol is more powerful than a M1911 .45.

T: False. A Makarov shoots 9mm, and a M1911 shoots .45, which is more powerful.


M: An AK-47 can't shoot through bricks or cinder blocks.

T: The 7.62 round the AK shoots is more than powerful enough to blow through a cinder block wall, given enough rounds. Video proof here

As I'm watching the lone soldier, suddenly I see a horde appears behind him and attacks. As he starts running, I notice a street gang ripping up the horde from behind. Soon, he outruns the zombies and returns to his walking pace. The chopper pilot tells me "Hey, there's an extra first-aid kit here, and a care package crate. You can try to drop that guy the medkit if you want. I decide to be helpful.

As the chopper pilot takes me down low so I can talk to him, I take a megaphone and yell "Hey, we're dropping you down some supplies! Get to Mercy Hospital!" I put one of my knives, the medkit, and some shotgun shells in the crate and throw it down in the area in front of him.

1: Go on google.com.

2: Completely clear your browsing history of everything. Everything. Do this by going to Tools-clear recent history, setting time to everything, and check everything. If you have a different browser, look in the file and edit top bars or whatever they're called.
