What I mean is, when you reset the minigame, sometimes you need to reference the minigame itself, and if the minigame has already been reset, it doesn't work right.  Other times, you need to mini to finish resetting before your event will work.
Anyway, here is the event.

Though, you could make it (sort of) by eventing a player spawn with an OnPlayerTouch event.

Would so make a Police Chase server (cops have to chase players, if players kill all the cops or make it to a certain area, they win, cops have to kill all racers)

You have to DL the rules and choose the special ability and loadout from that.

I mean like the whole map, not just the bricks.

Like if you loaded Bedroom and when you spawned, there was no bedroom, just black.

Yes.
But I believe it is glitchy.
It caused a MASSIVE shadow around my player on any map, client-side only, under certain circumstances.

But, I still would like a vehicle version. I guess the vehicle would have 1 health, and have double the blast radius of a regular car explosion.

Also, for the not respawn instantly thing: Have the first explosion (the set on fire) be the big explosion, then make it have a "burn" time of like 15 seconds, then the final explosion is really small and does 0 damage.

you could try searching, i searched for "black", and found that resetlighting(); might work

I know that works if everything is black.
