Suggestions & Requests / Duck/Deer Hunting

Alright, I would like Duck and Deer hunting. Would be a nice change, I think.
Here's what would be needed:
AI ducks and deers (if you get within a certain range of them, the ducks fly away and the deer run)
Camo and orange Blockhead decals (hunters have to wear some orange, it's the law)
Hunting Rifle (4 shots, bolt action, 100 damage each, reload animation)
Hunting Shotgun (I think already made, if not 4 shots pump action, not that big of a spread)
Note: Both guns have to be able to instakill ducks/deer
A Hunting gamemode (players can't kill each other, only do damage to deer/duck, only weapons are hunting rifle and hunting shotgun, some sort of counter to show how many ducks and deer each player killed, random spawning of deer/duck, if possible, if you shoot another player, you go to "jail" for a certain amount of time)
MAYBE: A special map designed for hunting (mountains/valleys, forest, etc.)
I'd make the decals, I just need to know what size the pics need to be and if you need to do any special packaging.
