Techninally, it's only failbinned because it overwrote the default Rocket Launcher's damage.

But, partially because it could be easily spammed with relay events.

And for people who say "oh it doesn't lag me," Try having 40 nukes go off every half-second.

And, your computer is probably better than most people's.

Directed lights, spotlights, whatever you want to call them, are not possible.

Just use light-emitting, short-lived projectiles that do 0 damage like Zoslis said.

I think what I said earlier would be the best option.
Could this be done by making a few datablocks (or models, not sure which) for the vehicle, then having the script run checks on the damage amount and changing the model if the damage drops below a certain level?

Checks would be once a second?

Also, 3 models: Regular, sorta damaged, really damaged?
