Exactly, I live in-land anyway, whereas BobSevenSevens lives on the water, but not the ocean.

I sorta live in the middle of the Island, but I can drive 5 minutes to a beach.

Go into Mini-games

Click the Teams Tab

Click their name

Click the "Set Lead" button.

Make sure you set leader weapons for the team also.
