Help / CTF mod doesnt work

im sure it works and i just dont know but when i play a CTF i steal enemies' flag and when i touch my own flag with it nothing happens
either its broken or i dont know how

i need the V19 default tank, the stupidest screwup of all time is that i replaced the V19 tank with the V11 tank (the screwup being deleting the tank turret addition)
