oops yeah it does work i thought it would show up in the vehicle menu as "abrams" but it showed up as "m1 Abrams"

Then pretend.
It's a tank. It does the same thing. They both shoot cannons and stuff. It doesn't have to be a loving M5 Stuart. If you want your WW2 stuff so badly, then go look at Stratofortress's Mass Release. It includes stuff like the B17, B24, Spitfire, and Stryker.
