Cuba requests financial aid from Brazil in exchange of a switch in political affiliation. Also requesting you teach us the ways of capitalism and true democracy.
Is this deal still going? Brazil accepts.

wait what happened

63
the latin red offensive is a complete failure after a lack of trained officers had their men perform friendly fire

multiple times.

brazil has taken la paz/sucre, lima, and caracas

civil unrest from the recent occupation mounts across all of the former latin red
The Brazilian government works on stabilizing the populace through peaceful means. The people are adjusted to the higher standard of living brought by the wealthier nation of Brazil. Peru, Venezuela, and Columbia become republics in the South American Union.

Military budget is cut in half. Military assistance is now given to Panama, and skirmishes in southern Argentina continue.

The large amount of free budget the government now has is put into industry and science, most notably the space program.

64
The final push on all three Latin Red capitals begins. A final offer of surrender is sent out to the three countries.

65
Brazil accepts the ceasefire with Ecuador, only if it can station troops and occupy it's naval bases during the war with the remaining Latin Red. Additionally, Ecuador must adopt Brazilian political ideologies (democracy).
Ecuador should be blue on the map now, as that was part of the ceasefire.

Brazilian army units continue the final push on all three Latin Red capitals.

Counter-terrorist units keep fighting in communist South Argentina, and additional ones are sent into Ecuador to fight the new threat there.

Still awaiting responses for joining the South American Union, but as of right now it seems North Argentina and Uruguay are interested.

66
You worded it wrong.
Word it right in your post then.

Brazilian troops push towards liberating Lima and Caracas, which would leave Columbia as the only Latin Red nation left.

Argentinian communists form their own government in the southern tip. With opposition gone in the rest of Argentina, support for Brazil is higher than ever.

Brazil proposes the creation of the South American Union. Any nations that wish to join will become autonomous republics in the greater empire. All autonomous republics may function on their own, but must answer to the capital in Brasília in return for full military, economic, and industrial support, as if they were a single nation.

All South American countries are invited to join.

Is it similar to Spanish's word gender system with conjugations, or does it have something different?

The Brazilian war machine marches on the capitals of Peru, Venezuela, and Columbia.

Meanwhile, it is rumored that Brazilian ambassadors are being sent to China more and more, yet nobody knows for sure what they are trying to accomplish.
