My mom went to Oregon to see her dad who's ninety. She went to a bookstore and asked the person at the counter is there anything my son would like(And I'm guessing she mentioned anime in there). The person brings her this manga title Grand Guignol Orchestra. Two days later, I'm sitting on my bed, laughing because my mom bought me a book geared towards the opposite love.

Either
-The person at the counter is VERY confused about gender.
-Didn't see what appears to be a very EFFEMINATE cover.
-Or is the greatest troll ever.

Discuss what I should do with the book.
