avoid sodas, but only one per day if i do have one
no seconds, you don't really need it
chug water lots
baked chips, no greasy original style ones
only a half glass of low calorie iced coffee in the morning when i do drink it

and then i go power cycling for at least half an hour at every opportunity (almost every night), mix a 16.9oz bottle of gatorade for the ride and drink it all before i get home, then drink a 16.9oz bottle of straight water when i get home
