don't get my started, my church is on week 8 of a really long series on conspiracy theories. they think that a really rich businessman is the antichrist and that his name means "mr dragon" which means we works with the devil. they also think that something major is going to happen when the pope arrives in the US because they think the pope is the biblical false prophet. fingerprint scanners are devil's work and if you set up fingerprint verification then you have the mark of the beast. also, the government is going to start executing christians who refuse to marry gays.

this is what i do

chicken soup
lemon tea (the kind with vitamin c) with enough honey (don't use sugar, also you can mix the honey with cinnamon for an added kick) to kill a child. it's good to let the steam from this tea get to your nose and try to breathe through your nose.
hot shower
changing all my sheets, taking the laundry out, changing my trash bag (idk makes me feel better)
vitamin supplements
getting a claritin-d or zyrtec-d prescription
taking ibeuprofen or other cold suppressants
breathe rite strips on my nose at night
vapor rub
flonase sometimes helps but it makes your sinuses swell if you use it more than a few days
cough drops
sleeping a lot
have a bottle of nasal spray and some gold bond for when your nose is recovering from tissue abuse

I'm 99% sure that's illegal, holy stuff.

lol it's totally legal. at the start of the year you have to sign papers out of the student handbook which is p much an agreement to the fact that you have 0 privacy and anything you own can be seized and searched at any time. if you sign it, it's legal.

No hats at all, not even beanies in winter when it was chilly.

last year (and the year before) all of the heaters were forgeted, so some classrooms were around 40* to 60* (i know the chemistry room hovered around mid 40s and the hallway to the gym stayed at 46*) and we still weren't allowed to wear hats or scarves or gloves.

do you live in a prison

don't get me started on the incredibly heavy monitoring that my school does. they installed about 80 new cameras on our very small campus and all of the computers are equipped with webcams and a security software that records us as soon as we log in to the computer. they track every website we visit and like, 10 school officials are immediately notified and sent a picture of you (from the webcams) if you visit a site that triggers a school filter.

do you get expelled if you wear a hoodie and/or are black

pretty much the entire school is black. but you arent allowed to wear earbuds, hoods, hats, gloves, sunglasses, etc etc
