No, you see there are no more tests, or anything, for the first grading period. I bombed history, and cant do any more stuff to get it up. Its a 69%. Help

I got a super bad grade on my history exam, that brought my overall grade to a 69%. I haven't told my parents yet, but I am hoping my other grades will bring it up, so that I can have at least a B for my trimester grade for all subjects. Anyways, I have to tell them sometime, planning on telling them tomorrow. What should I do, because I know for one thing I will get grounded and that kind of stuff.
What do I do :C
