Ok guys this is what i have done so far in v2...
I added a leentoo (a small tent w/ 1 side*) Check google images
I also added a path down to the water for the water bar, thnks to shocklink
There also is a secret ancient temple  in the grasses on the opposite side of the beach
**This will not effect the voting and what else there would be**

I have found a secret sand bar that is out in the water.  I was bored and in the warhawk to take overhead pics but i went too far out and fell down and found it!

A wet bar. Its a bar connecting to the pool, the people swimming in the pool go to chairs (Thick Concrete Pillers) where u sit and u order ur beer, heres a pic.

That is yet another great idea!!!  I will include it in v2

Hey. It's me Murphykid. Nice. I voted for tikis. But add bungalows to. Have Lounge chairs around a Fire.How about a GIANT hot tub

First of all it is on a island, they probably don't have lounge chairs or hot tubs.  The Tiki Bar was magically transported there.  I could make a waterfall bath though
