For Photobucket, as I see you're using it:

On your folder that shows thumbnails of all of the pictures, hover over one of them with your mouse. At the bottom is a link that starts with "[IMG]". Click it, copy it, and paste it onto your post.

I was thinking that would be cool for GSF Beach.  There could be a script to let you set the time speed like you could make it slower or faster.  I like this idea though
