Originally started in early 2009, ISBC merged with the emergent clan ASI. However, after six months of inactivity, ASI collapsed. Comr4de, the lovey courageous leader of the ISBC, decided that He was a disappoint with these actions. He promptly decided to make this thread, and therefore restart the ISBC. Later, after many spam pms involving a certain phone company, Com changed the name. And then he changed it again. And also we piss chrono off a lot. they're also good at grapple knife tdm

Empyrion - Galactic Survival is a 3D open world space sandbox survival adventure. Build powerful ships, mighty space stations and vast planetary settlements to explore, conquer or exploit a variety of different planets and discover the mysteries of Empyrion!

Empyrion is a (((fun))) video game where you survive in a hostile galaxy with friends. You can:

• Build spaceships
• Fly spaceships
• Fight other spaceships
• Build bases and defend them
• Explore and attack alien facilities
• Shoot people, with guns

It's the ugly brother of space engineers that actually works.

- Build and command/pilot a wide variety of structures and craft, ranging from large capital vessels and space stations to starfighters and planetary hover vehicles

- The game plays similar to space engineers, and is relatively easy to pick up and play

The majority of users from Blockland Forums who already play this game are me, Qwepir, Planr, and Glenn, along with many other former StarMade community members.
The majority of us work together in our own faction, Argos Rho Starfleet.

"What is Argos Rho Starfleet?"
- Argos Rho Starfleet (or ARS for short) is the current continuation of one of Blockland's longest-lasting and most respected space-themed clans, ARES. We are comprised of a wide variety of users from /vg/, Blockland Forums, and the StarMade community.
- ARS is currently based on the Oblivion server, one of the most active Empyrion servers with over 60 people online regularly.

"What does ARS do on Oblivion?"
- ARS is one of the major powers on Oblivion, controlling the Zahara system in PvP space.
- We have engaged and fought head-on the largest factions on the server, and we see plenty of action every day!

If you're looking for an easy and fun way to get immediately involved in the game and have a group to call home, consider joining us! We are now open to recruitment from people here on the forums and we would love to have you on board.

Modification Help / Work for ARES! Get Paid!

So we're working on a 40k co-op campaign and we realized that we are lacking two weapons that were never made in the 40k pack, a Shotgun and a Heavy Stubber (machine gun). Since the original creator is no longer able to continue his work, we turn to you, the community, to make these guns for us. There will be money involved.

General Discussion / Help comro find his LAST SHIP!! LAST CHANCE: UP TO 25$ REWARD

I have a problem. My hard drive crashed. On this hard drive, there was a beautiful blue version of THIS ship with some minor structural differences (missile tubes instead of fuel tanks, entrepreneur ed out engine room).

If someone has this save, I will pay you. Real money. Or steam games, but that's beside the point

Here are the criteria for rewards.

$25 - All blocks present, all events present,.
$15 - Partially complete (some blocks/events missing)
$5 - Only the ship, no events

If you are close to me you would know that my hard drive recently died. Those of you who aren't, now you do. I am hoping to re-acquire all of my old spaceships builds. However, not all of them were available to download on mediafire.

the sights on the sten were silly to use and I had to crane my neck to actually use them. I gave up and just emptied the mags using the movie style hip fire

the P90 is a beautiful weapon and if I do not own one as an adult I will have failed in life

What is this?
- StarMade is a voxel-based space flight shooter. Ships are made up of thousands or millions of tiny blocks, ranging between regular hull or other functional system blocks.
- Explore: Explore space generated in real time around you
- Design: design you own ship or space station.
- Customize: create customized weapons, harvesting elements, shields and docking stations for your ship. Combine elements to groups to make your modules even more powerful.

Comparing the two is inane at best. As far as construction goes, Starmade is lego designer kit to Space Engineer's Duplo. As far as technical goes (i.e. block functionality/complexity) Space Engineers comes out on top. I refuse to compare graphics because they're not even in the same field. You don't compare Minecraft to Crysis, do you?

Weapons are made up of four separate systems. Each weapon system (with the exception of one) can be linked to another weapon system as a "slave". This slave system lends a specific characteristic to the weapon system. Furthermore, a tertiary effect module can also be linked to the master weapon.

The current systems (and their effects) are as follows.

• Cannons - shoot standard projectiles, penetrates armor. Functionally identical to AMCs. Special effect as slave is ROF buff, damage nerf.
• Beam - solid laser beam of death, tears up ship systems. Special effect as slave is range buff, projectile speed buff.
• Missile - Standard version is a dumbfire missile. Adding slaves adds further functionality. Special effect as slave is shotgun effect with slight damage nerf.
• Damage pulsar - AoE close range damage bubble. Special effect as slave is HUGE damage buff, HUGE ROF nerf.

Effect modules can increase the effectiveness of weapons in several different ways. Current in game effects are as follows:

• Pierce - distributes damage to multiple blocks on a single entity
• Punchthrough - conserves extra damage to continue through and possibly hit multiple targets.
• Explosive - doubles hull damage and lends slight explosive effect.
• Ion - doubles shield damage, reduces hull damage.
• Push/pull - replaces damage values with actual kinetic force. Can theoretically be used to tow/stop ships.
• EMP - Subtracts the amount of power used to fire the weapon from the power supply of the targetted ship.

Also you can link a light/crystal to your master module computer to change the color of the projectile/beam/missile.
