Was cosby drinking?Inconclusive
Did cosby also take the pill? No.
Didn't cosby plea guilty or was he found guilty?Cosby pleaded not guilty. He was found guilty. Both him and Andrea say that they met at cosby's residence, both admit that Cosby gave a 'pill' to andrea and later had love with her. Andrea says the pill impaired her therefore it was non-consentual
Tell that to victims in loveual assault cases that only have eye witnesses as proof. They don't. Only Andrea Constand matters in that case, she's the only one who has solid proof of being at cosby's residence and being drugged.
Guess they do not matter.
There, I just proved it happened.Eye witnesses do not matter. You have not proved it happened. You must post a primary source of a woman getting angry at a man using #meToo in order to prove it happened
Got a secondary eye witness.
Mistakes happen.Yes. The system is flawed. That statement is true.
You cannot expect perfection from mere mortals.
You can't unfairly claim the justice system is flawed for 1 case out of millions.1/x can only be equal to 1 or less than 1. even with 1 proven case, you've already proved a constant true: that the system is not perfect. therefore it is flawed. the amount of cases done correctly does not matter anymore
Unless you can prove those millions or they don't exist.
1 case is insignificant.
You provided 1 example. It doesn't matter if other cases have not happened. One man was misjudged, therefore the system is flawed. Something cannot be 99.9999% and 100% at the same time, that is mathematically impossible. The system is not 100% perfect, therefore it is flawed.
That means every other case has not happened unless you can prove it exists.
And 1 proven case is insignificant to the general populous.
Do you see why your argument is getting contradictory?
But 1 is insignificant though.False. In this case, a flaw is a mark, fault, or other imperfection that mars a substance or object. The justice system is supposed to accurately charge people for their crimes. Because the justice system failed to do that once, the justice system is now literally flawed. It is no longer perfect, therefore it is flawed.
Isn't that your words.
You need to prove a significant chunk of evidence for this to be plausible to suggest our justice system is flawed.
Proof or it doesn't exist.https://nypost.com/2017/12/20/man-released-from-prison-after-serving-three-decades-for-a-rape-he-didnt-commit/
It does matter because it could devalue actual future rape casesWell our justice system is incredibly flawed. People are found guilty every day for crimes they didn't commit, and people are found innocent for crimes they did commit. That's why we have defense and prosecution
we know for a fact it has happened at least once with one person out of 8 billionno we dont. it was never proven, it was never implied anywhere that this event happened. You are simply assuming it is true because it is something that happens frequently.
and yet... here we are.yea. a rapist was found guilty for loveual assault. what about it?
So you're saying not a single person out of almost 8 billion on this loving planet have not ate at least 1 hotdog today? They probably did but it has no relevance until you prove it has some amount of relevance and is true. If your argument is 'someone ate a hotdog today' you must prove it. just because something is statistically possible doesn't mean it absolutely happened.
Are you trolling?
