Both him and Andrea say that they met at cosby's residence, both admit that Cosby gave a 'pill' to andrea and later had love with her. Andrea says the pill impaired her therefore it was non-consentual
the nail in the coffin was the fact that cosby had purchased Methaqualone frequently and especially the night before the loveual assault took place.

Something cannot be 99.9999% and 100% at the same time, that is mathematically impossible. The system is not 100% perfect, therefore it is flawed.
That means every other case has not happened unless you can prove it exists.
And 1 proven case is insignificant to the general populous.
Do you see why your argument is getting contradictory?
And 1 proven case is significant. 1 unproven case is not significant. You havent proven your case, therefore your argument is not true or significant

The justice system is supposed to accurately charge people for their crimes. Because the justice system failed to do that once, the justice system is now literally flawed. You need to prove a significant chunk of evidence for this to be plausible to suggest our justice system is flawed.
