If you've been on my servers you've likely seen this. I've had it for awhile and just thought it may be worth posting. I don't want to show interiors because I simply threw together some furniture. I'm fairly decent at both exteriors and interiors but struggle with putting the two together (starting with an exterior limits the room I have to work with and starting with an interior throws off the exterior proportions--it's something I really need to work on).

Is it possible, in order to simulate a freefall or zero-gravity situation, to change the way a player's oriented using events? Zero-gravity zone bricks would make it less wonky.

Suggestions & Requests / Vehicle Spawning Restrictions

Just a basic mod to either restrict spawning altogether or restrict certain vehicles from being spawned with preferences for admin-only and such. I know MARBLEMAN had one but obviously it's sort of gone (if anyone has it, PM me it so I can look for backdoors please!).

Help / Joining a possibly BLhack-crashed server?

  After experiencing a few odd bugs attributed to blhack (like a gravity switch), the server crashed. I'm not focused on what happened with the blhack thing, because it is just an assumption I'm still investigating (which is why this is in help, not drama).

  This had happened before and I was told it was because the server failed to authenticate. The Glass Hosting panel still shows that it's running, and so surely there must be a way to tell it to reauth or connect to it, right? I tried to post it to the master server and tried direct connect.

The downloads are broken, and I haven't found a link through searching. I know of Pecon's but I'd like one that restricts spawning entirely except for administrators.

Help / New Duplicator "blocked"

Trying to plant any bricks with the new duplicator responds with saying the brick is "blocked".
I attached a console log, hopefully it's enough to find a conflict? Sorry if this has been resolved before.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but are there any good Blockland hosting service recommendations? I only know of Glass but am sure there's more.

Haiya.

   This has been requested before, but I think it's being made a tad bit over complicated. Now that Damien has released his mod (https://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=263687.0), we have models to do it with his consent, or new ones could be made (sticks shouldn't be too difficult, right?).

I figured it could work one of several ways.

Method 1: to change the item when a player receives the puck. Have two items, one with a stick w/o a puck and one with. When the player passes or shoots the puck it sets it to the one without the puck, and when a player touches a puck it gives them the stick with the puck.

Method 2: an ammo system, of sorts. Use an ammo system in a way that shows a puck on a player's stick when they have "ammo", then nothing when they shoot it.

Passing could be an on right-click thing in a way similar to how the football item works. In a way I've experimented with, you could use a charging animation for a slapshot in the same way that the spear works, and use normal click for a wrist shot which is slow but more accurate as opposed to a faster but less-accurate slapshot.

If you go with method 1, you'd also be able to add defensive actions, too, such as poke checks with the empty stick.

Animations shouldn't be too much of a worry, just a simple flick for a wrist shot and going slightly back for a slapshot. Generic slippery playertypes could be used for skating, and goalie equipment could just be optional.

As for the projectile, you could base it off how the pong works. A long lifespan, bouncy, and with sounds for different impacts. An example of how this could work: https://www.mediafire.com/?drt8h5bsyp6gjbc
