he has a suspended license on his record for a lapse of coverage when they bought a camaro in 2016, and it was because the dealership people didnt speak english very well and they put down statefarm fire coverage and not vehicle coverage. he tried contacting the dmv and even went to the state about it and they both said they have to get a written letter from statefarm's agent that we were under and had written the suspended license to the state and they are essentially being the most useless pieces of stuff possible by running my dad in circles on the phone and not getting the agent to type up the letter

he has like an extra $15/month per person on insurance alone (there are 3 people, sister used to be on there but she had to get separate insurance after totaling 2 cars otherwise we cant get insurance) and its been causing a lot of damage financially. we only just found out like 3 weeks ago when he was checking his records because he didnt know why his payment was so high

so now he is threatening to sue and he has a pretty big case honestly, statefarm is not trying to help with lowering his monthly cost over a mistake that was not made by us, and is the insurance and dealership's fault for the suspended license, the suspended license is permanently on there due to the insurance company unless they can send that letter, and we have to pay for all of it

thoughts, oh yeah we were kicked off statefarm a while back for my sister crashing a brand new car so they arent even our insurance company anymore

my great grandpa fought in the battle of the bulge as a tank driver, in which he had to bail from his tank and hide in hay bales, my grandpa (who is still alive) was an infantryman ready for deployment during the cold war, and my great great grandpa (my dads side) served germany during wwi

Cruz is separated from the rest of the jail population but is allowed several hours outside his cell in a common area by himself. But after this incident, Cruz will be locked in his cell for 23 hours a day, Sgt. Marciano said.
