Doom was the first FPS period

The first FPS was Mazewar.

I don't know if it's abandonware or not. If it is, you can run a rom on the Project64 Emulator with a USB controller for your PC.

If it's not, don't do this without purchasing the game.

All I have is a Ps2 controller. :/

Portal 1 had the funniest jokes of a video game I've ever heard and the puzzles were really interesting.

Portal 2 just feels like a sight seeing game where puzzles are just thrown in.

ITT: Valve fanboys think anyone who doesn't like a Valve game is stupid.

Teamspeak is better
and Skype is better than Teamspeak

Skype takes more resources than Teamspeak.  Skype is for casual stuff and Teamspeak is for gaming.  So if you enjoy loosing ~10 FPS on a game Skype is for you.
