How?
CPU - Your CPU is .8 ghz slower.
GPU - Your GPU is much older.  There's not much else to say.
OS - I have Windows 7 Ultimate, you have Home.
RAM - There's a difference between RAM and hard drive space.  RAM is short term memory, nothing else.  I can't say anything about that because you don't know what you are talking about.
Edit: Assuming you are right about how much RAM you have, congrats.  It wasn't a total waste of money.

Just rip it apart & build a new one.

Get a AMD Llano to save money.
What kind of rocks are you smoking?

What's your pricerange?
I like the fact that your motherboard obviously supports DDR3 and as an AM3 slot. Really great.
If I were you, I'd chuck 2GB RAM in now for 4GB total, then upgrade your GPU to something around the 5850 to 6870 range, then next chance you get, chuck a Phenom II X4 in it.
It's an over time upgrade thing, so I'd say about 85 USD or under.

you can check all the available updates at windows update center

I would finally ask a girl out and enjoy my last days.

Then tell the world of go forget itself.  It's gone to stuff so honestly you wouldn't be missing much.

title

Specs;
Athlon X2 2.8 Ghz (2 Cores, 64 bit)
2 GB DDR3 Ram
Radeon HD 4550
500 GB Hard Drive
Windows 7 64 bit.

So, any ideas?  I want to save up for something but I just can't think of what without bottlenecking.

Edit: 2 slots of Ram, DDR3
Socket AM3 (938)

Moar Edit: The biggest downfall of my computer is that it only has 1 PCI-E slot that's big enough for a decent graphics card.  Plus the case is kind of small.  But I have the case open all the time so it doesn't have to be ridiculously small.

The only DLC that may not be free for BF2 is the Spec Ops (Green 2) one but I think it may be free by now

Wait, if PC doesn't have a server browser, how is this catered to PC, LOL?
It isn't, derp.

The only solution that I can find for this is to reformat, because I have no clue how to fix fuxx0r'd up installs.

But then again, there's probably a better way to fix it.  :cookieMonster:
