Its 1999, 4 years after Tiberium arrived on Earth. Nod began to utilize Tiberium in weapons and medical advances, while GDI saw Tiberium as a threat and attempts to remove it from the world. good god- this seriousley cracks me up. "lew" is so much of a noob it makes me laugh my head off everytime i read one of his posts.
