Well, no, just that most serial killers had similar, undeveloped, frontal lobes which didn't allow them to care/feel emotion when someone died :3

Be realistic here, what if your parents died? And someone came up to you and
said "Oh, it's only 2 out of 7-some billion. Big Whoop."

I'd feel sad for a while, maybe some turmoil of where I am going in life after this, but other then that, crying would not be involved and I would move on.
