Mess it up and then the whole place is forgeted and you get to go down in history books as a guy that messed up bad. However most of the time people don't know what the government is exposed to be, due to other people not being able to do it, and the fact that the media can blow things over. If you think because allot of guys in your contry say its bad doesn't mean it is. you know what they probably say in the communist countries that the Americans went to war with? I bet they are saying that Americans is corrupt because they went to war to stop a form of government.Basically what I said a few pages back.
TL;DR: All governments have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Hence the monarchy.

Bush was a bad president, I agree. But he did what was popular at the time, in 2001, after 9/11, patriotism was spreading throughout the land, and war was embraced by most of the people.
Also, about the breeding part, why wouldn't I? My opinions and comprehensions aren't inherited. Just my keen thinking and intelligence. :D
