yeah but its fake news and fake interviews on cobert. even daily show was real, just comical.
Daily Show is better in the way of news, but Colbert is pretty much purely satirical entertainment. He has guests on that can teach the audience a little something, or they're just trying to sell a movie or whatever, but overall it makes something that most people find boring to be fun, which is important.

No, he's not a smart guy? Did you listen to the 2 hour video I posted or do you just hate Kotaku and everything it stands for because you didn't like a few articles on it?

You are literally the biggest problem the world is facing: a complete moron that won't discuss issues but would rather take a side and mortar anyone that opposes you with insults and negativity. Sure, you can disagree with people and ideas, but at least open your mind up to the fact that other people have opinions, and you could have just as easily stated yours rather than simply laughing and saying no. Use your words next time.

im trying to watch it but cobert is very hard to watch or take seriously.
the guy just plays an obnoxious character.
You do know he's supposed to foil Bill Reilly, right? He's done a great job, I'll be sad to see him leave.

Just finished watching that, was pretty disappointed that the guy filming it said boo at the end. I mean, disagree with people but don't just mutter a sound that's barely a word.

Gnostic is a funny word.

I'm just a person that doesn't live my life in line with a religion or a philosophy.

Great talk that TotalBiscuit did with Stephen Totilo, head editor at Kotaku. Totilo is actually a really smart guy, and I enjoyed the chat.

i think its safe to say that the '10s and '20s of the 21st century are officially the future.
It's cool that one of the head printer companies is picking this up. Hopefully they get cheaper and more effecient sooner.
Now I, for one, can't wait to print small weapons.
These are basically the only posts on topic.

Congrats gentlemen.

Can I print a richard? I want to print a richard please.
Well it does have a precision of 21 microns.

You can't say the "Future is Here" for one they do not refer to the system of measurement unless you mean "The future is current" which is a nonsensible statement.
But I did just say that, in the past. The future was there.

That said I am not very fond of HP and their like's ink gouging tactics and am concerned of the inflation of prices due to arbitrarily standardized and uncompatible plastic input methods so you have to get a specific spool per version of device.
It'll probably happen. Standardization is funnily enough pretty standard when it comes to technologies being more fully integrated into society and more available to the regular consumer.

Quote from: http://gizmodo.com/hp-goes-3d-with-a-multijet-fusion-printer-1652203781
Today, HP announced a new technology and 3D printer it thinks is going to revolutionize the industry. This massive machine isn't meant to sit in your home, but rather be a new piece of tech in the arsenal of additive manufacturing. Using a new technology that HP calls "Multijet Fusion," the company says printing something that would have taken days will now only take hours.

The company says this new printer will radically reduce time and cost for 3D printing. Multijet fusion works by spreading powdered material across a build area. Then, a "fusing agent" is applied using a paint bar and at the same time a detailing agent is applied for high definition. Those separate "agents" are then fused together. All of this just creates one layer of whatever object you're building, so like any other 3d printer, the object is eventually built layer by layer.

The printer uses a high-resolution print bar, it can also jet 350 million drops per second at 21 micron precision. For comparison, MakerBot's Replicator 2 comes in at only 100 micron resolutions with other personal printers reach upwards of 50 microns.

HP says what would take a normal 3D printer 83 hours to make, this new HP printer will only take 3 hours. However, MakerBot and the myriad other 3D printers that have been created for personal use in this brave additive manufacturing future will continue to be go-to consumer options for in-the-home printing.

But really its not so much the product, or its neat new way of printing, that's exciting here. It's more that HP, one of the biggest hardware printer companies, has finally taken a step into 3D printing, and as its executive Vice President Dion Weisler reiterated several times throughout the company's morning press briefing—it's the future.

Everyone, prepare for a time when it is more worth it to just buy a new 3D printer rather than buy more polymer. HP's got this.

They're probably trying to get you ready for college when you have like 3 tests to study for and two 2000+ essays to write.

It's been a long week.
