his motherboard probably allowed to use graphics with his cpu. he doesn't need his gpu unless he wants to game hard.He needs a gpu to really game at all. Unless you're defining gaming as like solitaire, in which case the integrated graphics will do just fine.
imo the screen makes everything underwhelming, and the case looks like it has horrible ventilation. he just needs to add lights.
