a lot of stuff is just being designed by engineers now anyways
Very true. Being an architect with the skills to be a solid structural engineer is probably pure gold.

Plus most aspiring architects dream of designing skyscrapers or stadiums. Allow me to crush your dreams - you'll probably be designing garages and suburban homes.
forget that stuff, skyscrapers have to be the most boring things to design.

I'd much rather do houses, office space, or major renovations than design some big-ass thing with a bazillion other starfishs.

Here's the deal: if you would like to play the game, please purchase it; if you would not like to play the game, please don't purchase the game.

Problem solved. Free market at work, praise the lord.

I never had a woodshop class.
Me neither. My school converted our wood shop spaces into graphics and technology departments.

It wouldn't surprise me if she is writing the letters herself. She has already received a few letters in the past, one that allegedly caused her to move from her home. With more death threats the more she is gains attention.

Many of extremists in the feminist community have this victim/martyr complex. They throw mud at people and pretend they are fighting a good cause, they get hit back and act like they are victims because they fought for a good cause.

the letter it self is a bit odd. The writing contains a lot of those big dictionary words that average people do not use day to day. For example in the 4 passage:
"We live in a nation of emasculated cowards too afraid  to challenge the vile, misandrist harpies seek to destroy them." contains a lot of these big words. These are the types of words that some sort of Hollywood cookie-cutter villain like an autistic outcast type would be use as he goes around murdering people.

It just looks like it was written by a woman like this passage:
"she is going to die screaming like the craven little whore that she if you let her come to USU. I will write my manifesto in her blood, and you will all bear witnes to what feminist lies and poison have done to the men of America."
A male writer would have been more direct and would have written something like this:
"She will die screaming if let this bitch come to USU. I write my manifesto in her blood as you all witness what feminism has done to the men of America!". The writer is a bit indirect when it comes to their speech. If I remember one thing from speech, it's that men are more direct when speaking than women. Not say all men are women are like that, but in most cases.
Once again, people that commit massacres are usually loving insane, so for you to use what you think are normal indicators of gender is just as insane.

I'm not saying there is but it just doesn't make sense to me, that's all. I'm sure that the police are doing their job in finding the source of the letter because threats like that don't just go away but I'm interested in the outcome of the investigation. The Meg Lanker Simmons incident comes to mind.
Yeah, ideally they're taking it very seriously and will find the person who authored it, and if it was Sarkeesian or someone around her then I hope they face the consequences. However, I wouldn't doubt if it was some idiot participating in the hate feminists bandwagon.

What confuses me is that they cite a massacre from the loving 80s. If I was a crazy MRA who wanted to shoot some people up, I'd definitely point to the kid from Santa Barbara. It just doesn't make sense. I think there's more to this letter than we're being led to believe; almost to the point that I doubt that a man sent this letter.
Or people that want to commit Flash Mob researched past massacres because they're, you know, crazy...

There's not a huge conspiracy here.

The problem is that this could be used to further justify actions. For example if you don't work, you don't pay taxes. If you lose your job and protest some tax that costed your job at a failing company, the government could silence you because you don't pay taxes just because they can silence tax exempt organizations.
How are they silencing anyone? They subpoena'd stuff...

I'd rather give someone actual help, through therapy where they can talk to someone and formulate their own solutions and ideas. Or in extreme cases they should seek a psychiatrist to medicate them.

Fiats are notorious for breaking down alot and I've heard they're also pretty unsafe, 80s cars tend to fall apart and 90s cars are one of the ugliest things I've ever seen. Oh, and it's been proven that cars that are generic colors like white, black, or grey are more likely to be stolen.
lol

Anyways, back to real things:

If you can push it up to $20,000, why not just do a few weeks of research to find which car you like the best? I mean honestly, you're being handed stufftons of money and you can't get off your ass to put some real thought into it? Even just an hour or two would be a great start, I get asking the forum for help but we're stupid as stuff and you really shouldn't trust us.

kinda like your broken IMAGEEEEEEEEEEE

yea but mostly because other stupid driver.

my sister responded to a motorcycle crash the other day. Tried to perform CPR but the guy died :(
My dad was a paramedic in Chicago. He will never drive a motorcycle partly because of how many morons, with helmets on, had their skull smashed in or split open on like metal guard rails or the street itself, etc.

Sounds fun.
