General Discussion / Floating City Freebuild IV | Thanks for coming!

Floating City Freebuild is back for another late summer blockland fun.
Let's get straight to the point
Same as last year, here are the building regulations.
Space
Do not take up too much space you do not need. I recommend using a 16x16.
Allign
When you don't align your builds, it causes problems with small empty spaces that are not big enough to build in. The alignment grid is 8x8 studs
Sticking out
A lot of builds have details that extend from their baseplates. This is fine as long as it sticks out over the walkways only. This can cause problems with people who want to build next to you. So please do not let roofs/windows/etc. stick out over empty lots.
Music
Music bricks have a pretty large range compared to the size of Floating City. It can cause problems when there are 5 music bricks going off at the same time. Please add events to your music bricks so people can turn off your music while you are not there. If you do not know how to do this please ask. The same thing goes with sounds. Do not spam loud sounds or allow people to spam loud sounds.
Remember that I can remove your build or clear all of your bricks for any reason that I feel is necessary to.
The Layout
this will be the first year i have a completely symmetrical layout.
The areas marked with black and grey checkers are lots that are available upon request only. (Ask me if you want one.)
I really wanted to work on this much much earlier, I've been extremely busy all summer and this is very very rushed. I had a ton of stuff planned and never got the chance to do it, but hopefully none of that matters to you guys because its back!!!!!!!!!

Suggestions & Requests / alt+tab and borderless fullscreen fix

im absolutely sick of the alt key being stuck after alt tabbing. it would be nice if there was some fix that forces blockland to stop holding down the alt key every time you reactivate the window.
and every time i start up blockland, it runs in some fullscreen mode that definitely isnt borderless nor is it actual 'fullscreen' i have to do setres(1920,1080); in the console every time i start blockland just to fix it. so something that does setres(); after startup would be sweet
