the add-on is both client and server sided.

you have to enable it on the server, then anyone with the client add-on will have access to all of the prints

she would have to be the last one since there was no other kids besides her in hawkins lab when it went down in season 1

not to mention, if there are 001-010, they're probably not as powerful as her. they used her for extensive amounts of tests and she can loving find people with a single image

this stuffs real dude. i was in the car talking with my brother and his girlfriend, and the subject kinda changed to us talking about someone knew and long boarding. later his girl friend kept getting ads for skateboarding stuff.

same thing happened again except we were talking about some prescription drug or something. none of us were taking it. she suddenly started getting ads for it
