Timewarner Cable is the provider for the IP address I've posted with, I called them up and my account hasn't been called about (much less information requested from) since the beginning of August. They have a policy on releasing personal information of even the most mundane form which requires either law enforcement to issue a Doe subpoena (which would require a crime to have been committed) or for the caller to provide the 10-digit account PIN, the associated phone number, SSN, full name, date of birth, and then the information is sent to the email of the account associated with the information.owned
