Yeah, sure, Open your Blockland0002 folder or w/e. Now go to RTB/server/scripts, now open player.cs with notepad. Then Edit the following lines accordingly the higher it is the faster the guy moves. Then save.

 maxBackwardCrouchSpeed = 2;
 maxSideCrouchSpeed = 2;

 maxForwardProneSpeed = 4;
 maxBackwardProneSpeed = 3;
 maxSideProneSpeed = 3;

 maxForwardWalkSpeed = 7;
 maxBackwardWalkSpeed = 6;
 maxSideWalkSpeed = 6;

 maxUnderwaterForwardSpeed = 8.4;
 maxUnderwaterBackwardSpeed = 7.8;
 maxUnderwaterSideSpeed = 7.8;

Set them to about 750, if that doesn't crash your bl game, go as far as you can if you want, just make sure it doesn't crash your BL.
