imo you should put on a light window tint on the fusion if you haven't already, that would seriously seal the look

Yeah, for sure, I know a guy who will do it professionally cheap if I buy material. Will investigate it further and see how it turns out

my friend got one of those (albeit in FWD) after totaling his A6 and he couldn't stand how soulless and un-sporty it felt, so he got a fancy 2017 A4 s-line which is significantly better

yet even still he admitted last month that my little old 225hp/215tq bmw was more fun to drive & listen to and it only cost me 6 grand. since then he's been looking into RWD + N/A + manual cars - specifically E9x M3's and ND miatas - instead of dumping thousands worth of mods into his $33k A4 which was his original plan. it took him a while but he's finally chasing the "driving experience" over on-paper stats

truth is if you're looking for a truly enjoyable car with personality and soul it's better to start with the right platform, not build up on a wrong one. this is all opinion and it's not my business to suggest where you put your money instead, but i figured i'd throw it out there

Look the ford fusion can be cool and its cool youre taking up the challenge to entrepreneur  it out, but numbers dont mean anything when modern minivans push more than that.

Also Im 80 percent sure its not the sporty all time awd found on something like the wrx. Its more of the "your rear wheels are slipping, the computer is going to adjust the power split for a couple seconds then go back to fwd" kind of awd.Slick slick slick slick SICK slick

All valid points, but st the end of the day, the money I spend on that car is pure disposable income. Eventually I'll buy another car or two once I purchase a house instead of my apartment. My apartment rent doesn't allow for a second car payment lmao.

I'm not making the car crazy, just s more enjoyable daily driver and a way better winter vehicle than my old FWD fusion was

honestly dude it's a ford fusion

Yeah, but I spent good money on this car, and plus it's fun while producing 290 HP and 320 ft lb of torque with AWD while I am at it.

Yooo, congrats my iEvent bro!  Finally moving up in the world of car driving!

In other news, I applied a custom tune to my car via Livernois Motorsport with their custom EcoBoost tuner.  Currently have a 91 octane Stage 1 tune on the car which adds another 50 hp and 50-60 ft lb of torque.  The twin-scroll turbo in the car was making about 17 PSI with boost by gear before and now it will produce 20-22 lbs of boost in any gear given the throttle position (automatic transmission problems :\)

I as well have finished getting the car vinyl wrapped to eliminate that unsightly chrome accenting and de-badged (de-cigaretteged) the car to look a lot meaner.  My eventually plan once the car reaches past 35K miles (at 15,600 right now) is to change the downpipes and whole exhaust system out for something cleaner, such as a magnaflow down-pipe cat delete system.  After doing that will also be a short ram air intake and 19's plus BCracing coilovers and maybe some tighter struts/sway bars to make the car more rigid in cornering.

Overall, my mid-size sedan is pretty solid, even with unfavorable road conditions at night, it ran a 6.5 0-60 according to Torque Pro with a OBDII Bluetooth adapter

Decided this seemed like a pretty quality phone photo from the S9

Put my new grill on and had the chrome accents wrapped, I will get a better picture of the other parts of the car that were blacked out

Sitting in the car and this intersection of all things catches my eye. I was only able to get this one passable shot before the lighting went away and the scene no longer looked nice.
Also, is this how it is for others here? Specifically: Do you just take pictures of things that catch your eye at any moment or do you “plan out” shoots of specific scenes/objects?

I don't really plan, I usually in the past have just gone places with the camera and just shoot at things that seem like they would be interesting.

Gonna be making my car up to be a lot sharper looking.  I can't have those ugly chrome accents on there anymore, gotta cover them up properly with some ember black metallic 3M vinyl wrap, it will also include a full roof wrap.  Also putting on a sicker grill to match that I picked up off ebay new for pretty cheap at 90 bucks OEM.

A before, really wish I captured the angry looking LED running lights above the main LED's that angle inwards.

How much hentai do you figure I can fit on there?

Based on my usage of that much storage, a lot

I seriously wished I had my Note 8 or V30 instead of just my S8 for this picture opportunity of my new car next to my friends Accord.  LED squad goals

Edit:  I did my first photography thing with my D3200 in the past year and a half at least

Took delivery of my new car during a heavy ass snow storm in MN and took it driving tonight after I got home for a bit to try out the AWD.  Gotta say, turbo + AWD = a lot of fun in the snow

Been a while since I've posted in here.

I am getting a new car!!  I have been shopping for a while and finally found the perfect beast, and trust me, finding a used 2017 Fusion with the features I wanted is next to impossible, even finding a new one isn't easy either.

I will get better pictures when I actually take delivery of the car on Tuesday after I get some things taken out of my current 2012 Fusion

It is a 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium, fully loaded AWD with the 2.0L i-4 ecoboost making about 245 HP and 275 ft lb of torque, nothing crazy or sporty.  Getting it for about 23k said and done before trade-in and down payment.  Very much excitement for me to be doing this
