Games / Re: Rocket League - Anyone still playing? [Unfinished OP]
« on: June 11, 2017, 03:32:10 PM »
Ah, good ol' Rocket League, the game I both hate and love with a passion.

Reminds me of the half-assed attempt I made at a montage:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFiFM1IHxoU

Still considering making another

Well if we are going to discuss butterfly pictures, here are some of mine from last year that I like

The GS8+ is a pretty strong shooter IMO.  Especially since I can shoot RAW to a 256gb microSD card and can still edit within Lightroom on the app or upload it to Creative Cloud and edit on my desktop.

i made a video of me walking around my island and nearby areas of note

Aw now you made me remember that I was going to make a video way back when on my forever long nuclear facility project that has taken over a year to build :(

Feels good to have everything clean and rearranged properly

looks hella fingerprinty lol

Oh yeah most certainly, but imo, a blacked out phone will still be worth it for at least 5-6 months while I own this until whatever new and exciting comes out next

53
I paid 130 and odds are whenever the next thing comes out, I will upgrade to that.  I have 3 upgrades a year to trade up phones and it resets every November :D

Looks like my Galaxy S8+ pre-order has already arrived almost two full days before it actually launches

Midnight black looks hella lovey on this wonderful 850 dollar phone

I fill my car up at 1/4 left just because I commute every day and I don't want to do it in the morning before I go to work.

In other news, I got my first crack on my windshield since replacing it in December 2015.  Thank god for Minnesota laws and making insurance companies pay for windshields so this Wednesday Safelite will come to my work and do it for me while I do my usual white collar nonsense stuff.

Excuse the poor photo quality, my S7 Edge #3 has been through a lot, just another week until the S8+ arrives :D

I get bored at work sometimes I suppose

Not sure if there are any media center fans out there, but I just gave my Plex server a massive upgrade from the old external hard drive I was using (news flash, it failed)

Two gorgeous Seagate Home Media Drives that are dual bay each loaded with a single 4TB drive, I will consider upgrading that later on once I hit my storage headroom, they as well transfer all data via Cat 5e and have been assigned static IP addresses.  They are located symmetrically on the sides of my Plex Media PC which is a rather surprisingly good PC for the job being a business class Lenovo Think-Centre (specs below)

I am terribly sorry for the cable mess, I will be readdressing that once I build and put up my new projector screen canvas thingy this weekend

Think-Centre Specs

i3-3220T @ 2.8 GHz, 2 cores, 4 threads, with hyper threading, does a wonderful damn job at transcoding which honestly surprises me at times
128Gb Samsung 850 Evo SSD
8Gb DDR3 RAM with max of 16, maybe 32, have not tested that theory yet
Uses a maximum of 65 Watts in accordance to it's tiny powerbrick which is amazeballs for a media-center PC

Photo realism at it's finest from just a game alone.

On topic:

I want the 2017 Fusion Sport so bad guys, like so bad.  However, it is around 35-40K for the full feature list I want in it such as adaptive cruise control, and etc.  I just have to wait until I drive my current Fusion just a little longer until I can get more miles out of it since it is still only at just under 82K miles and owned for 3 years (paid off completely as well :D)
