You def should tbh, especially with this
Legitimately considering buying stock in AMD.

I just have to wait on some etrade business with transferring money out of my account, and then I shall strike.  I will start with a insignificant $300 dollars and then move to 1K or more depending on how venturous I become.

TV's are overrated, DLP HD projectors is where it is really at ;)  though really, it doesn't beat ANY TV, however, you can't really beat a movie experience on a quality home theater projector versus an ordinary TV.

Roughly 90 inch screen give or take, maximum size of 300 inches.  I plan to put up a new screen soon since I took down my original 75" screen since it was too small.  The new screen just arrived so it still needs time to flatten out on the floor as per the instructions

Apologies for bad photo quality, I just used my phone to take pictures rather than a real camera because I am too lazy.

If the machine is running slow in general or having more stutters, it's possible it could be as simple as a failing hard drive.  I would just recommend backing up your stuff and getting a new drive sooner than later, should help.

I am back after many frustrating issues with SATA ports that stopped working after putting in the NVMe drive that the manual doesn't state anything about (so I got that going for me which is nice)

Speeds are expected to be good, and they certainly are, however, I am slightly dissapointed Samsung's RAPID mode can still beat it in speeds with RAM caching

960 Evo M.2 PCIe NVMe Speeds

850 Evo Speeds

Guess it is unfair to compare RAM caching on 2666 MHz quad channel DDR4 since it is way faster than DDR3 can be at dual but oh well, I can live with the speeds

EDIT:  I installed some NVMe Drivers for the 960 EVO from Samsung's website and it seems to have caused some good improvements on the drive speeds

Remember kids, SSD's need drivers too!

I will once I do my data migration on my 250gb 850 Evo.  I have 3 850 Evo's already so I know performance won't be lightyears faster but hey, why not, if you have the money to burn why tf not!

It has officially been over a year now since I started this beast of a project

Still work on it to this day, just not as productively or as significant of improvements

If anyone wants, I can make an album just full of pictures of the insides of this Nuclear Power facility that I have constructed by myself.

We shalt not let this thread die!

It's also very sad when FedEx decides to drop a 5K workstation, from what we suppose is over 10 feet, on it's top during shipping :(

RIP PCI-E X16 lane and hopefully that Quadro K5000 card is alright cause that certainly isn't cheap, but oh well, FedEx can reimburse the company for it's forgetup even though we have thousands of workstations with 2K Quadro 4000 cards everywhere.

Uploading 4K isn't hard if the source is 4K. And since it's a movie, of course it's 4k.

It's the fact he took the time to either scale it to 4K and do that or used a UHD Blu-Ray which just makes me laugh about the sheer file size it took for this one video.

The fact I clicked on this and it went immediately to 4K makes me laugh pretty hard someone spent time making this in 4K

I'm almost in your situation. My truck hit 121.000 last week and I had it for three years too.

I bought the car at 44K miles so it's not like I put ALL the miles that are on it currently.  I am very interested in buying a new 2017 Fusion Sport maybe the end of 2017 early 2018 possibly.  Still want to get at least 100K out of this car first since it is fully paid off and what not.

BTW here is my commute to work in a time lapse if any are curious or like to watch these types of videos

2012 Fusion, I commute 75 miles a day, 5 days a week.  From Lakeville, MN to Arden Hills which is above downtown St. Paul

My car is getting so old that I am almost at 80K after 3 years of owning it.  I expect 80K in the next week and a half or so with my work commute alone.  My trip B is counted from my oil change last Friday which was Jan 13th alone going to and from work even with having Monday off.
