My PSU doesn't turn its fan on unless its needed (Corsair HX750). I hardly ever hear it rev up.

This is less a paradox and more just that you're stupid.
Smurfing isn't about getting a lower rank because you believe you're at that skill level, its about getting a lower rank to purposefully grief lower skilled players.

Not really. The exploit shuts off/restarts your phone. That's about it. This stuff is malicious.
The similarities only lie in its delivery.

It's ok, I really don't see the point of certain features other than now they're updated in real time. The constraint tools are a real seller though.
I'm gonna say it again, because apparently you missed it, but: Photoshop's interpolation/smoothing is ass. People have commented to me before surprised that I had smooth lines in my drawing using Photoshop. Its a huge difference and quality boost.

It's for tablets, afaik. You could try the demo to see if it'll work for mouse input, but I'm not entirely sure it was made to support that.
