« on: May 30, 2015, 06:27:11 PM »well he did say all he did was change the hands and feet, add a tail and change the race. not much of a change there, yet he's calling it entirely original. plus he's calling it 'oc' when he should just be calling it special interest fuel.
Id say that's just a design. There's nothing to it other than being in a game, sorta. Its not really a "character".

Just gonna say my 2ยข on this OC matter:
I'd consider my gal Maeria a character I made, but I wouldn't go so far as to say she's an OC. I made her in WoW but she has her own story and background and continues to build upon that when I play her. Though the story is fully built upon existing WoW Lore. I say you can call whatever you want an OC to be an OC, as long as it's not literally a blatant copy of something pre-existing (aka here's my character BLONIC). It's a line based on perception. If you put any decent amount of effort to make a character and put personality into it, call it whatever you want.
But in Flat's regard I don't have enough information to have a valued opinion towards his character. If it's literally just a drawing of his Spiral Knight's character, I wouldn't say it's an OC. It's fan art. But if he took the time to make a real CHARACTER out of it, that's different.

I cant even begin to tell you how many times my sister has had to get her expensive iPhones replaced just cause the screen gets cracked to oblivion from being dropped just once. Meanwhile i have had my galaxy s3 for years without any issues. Dropped it tons of times with virtually no damage.
Your sister is a loving handicap then. I've dropped all my iPhones I've owned more times I can count on my fingers and toes and only ONCE has one of them had a problem, and it wasn't even my fault that it for flung onto the ground. Hell, the glass of the screen didn't even break, it was a slight tear on the inside screen.
And no, "most of us" is a wrong assumption.

I was on the verge of getting 5 wins on Trials of Osiris on Friday but my dad came home early and we went out to eat. Didn't get back onto the Xbox since then (the One is a "family" device in the living room). I wanted the chest peice... -_-

Such fact is known because I did the PoE and got patience and time exotic SR
Its speculated that every first time of the week you open the chest with a Key you are guaranteed an exotic and legendary "Queen's Wrath" roll.
I got another Red Death. My 3rd one. That I sharded to ascend my current Red Death :^)
